We are looking for someone who:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in agriculture and a desire to pursue a career in agronomy or crop consulting.
- Basic knowledge of agronomic principles, crop production practices, and pest management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with farmers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software applications related to agronomy and precision agriculture.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different field locations as needed.
